PHILOSOPHY 

The purpose of the wellness program is to empower people to live healthier lives.  The Wellness and Fitness Program/Exercise Series present important principles in a clear and direct style.  The interactive sessions help individuals to understand the connection between health and performance while at work and during the day to day activities at home.

OBJECTIVES

The purpose of the fitness program is to improve in the following areas:  aerobic capacity, flexibility and muscular strength/endurance.  It is the desire to give people the understanding and foundation to build upon.  Participants will complete cardiac risk factor stratifications and blood pressure screenings prior to participating in any fitness activities. Sessions are intended for all physical fitness levels. Any person who wishes to take advantage of this program and improve their individual fitness levels are welcome to participate.
