BRIDAL BOOT CAMP

Preparing for that big day when all eyes will be on you can be a daunting undertaking. With so much planning and preparation for the main event let someone else customize a program for you, or for you and your bridal party, to work hard so that you will be your absolute best on your wedding day. This program will maximize your workout in a minimum amount of time (which is at a premium). You will combine cardio exercise with strength training in one hour of heart pumping high energy, fun and best of results oriented, workout. Let us take the thought process out of the workout just show up and we will put you through your paces.  Our motivated instructors will be sure to get you in great shape for that big day!  Nutritional counseling available.  Two/Three times a week for eight weeks.
