FITNESS BOOT CAMP

The purpose of the fitness program is to improve in the following areas; aerobic capacity, flexibility, and muscular strength and endurance. This program will provide an entire body work out within one hour.  No longer will you need to spend an hour on the elliptical or treadmill AND then engage in strength training to get the results you want. No complicated machines and attempting to stay motivated while working out. The unique structure of this program allows you to maximize your workout and fast track your results.  Each work out is different; while working different muscles in your body to increase your results. Our motivated instructors will ensure that you work out to your full potential.  Participants meet for twelve weeks two/three times a week for one hour.
